Upper Santa Clara River Integrated Regional Water Management Program
Similar to the Watershed Coalition of Ventura County Integrated Regional Water Management Region, the Upper Santa Clara River Integrated Regional Water Management Program is responsible for the Integrated Regional Water Management Region Plan in portions of Los Angeles county, including the upper Santa Clara River. The Santa Clara River was separated into two different regions because of differing hydrology and land use within the watershed, in addition to the Ventura/Los Angeles County line political boundary being present.
